Job Overview
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Campaign Management Team by managing and optimizing campaigns to enhance demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. They will contribute to improving marketing operations by identifying areas for process optimization and supporting marketing automation strategies in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Implement nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversions.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns.
Balance multiple campaign requests while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Support and provide strategic inputs into demand generation efforts by planning and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.
Partner with campaign, COE and BU teams to align marketing strategies with account-level goals and objectives.
Utilize ABM tools to engage high-priority accounts through targeted marketing activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts.
Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with data management protocols.



Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in marketing automation or a related role, with demonstrated proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Marketo, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in HTML, email templates, and API integrations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with data governance and compliance in marketing environments.
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
